At BridleWood Welsh we are proud to offer our training services to you. Head trainer is Megan Burtness. Megan has 15 plus years experience of showing and training all sections of Welsh to multiple Lifetime Achievements as well to National Champion titles.
We offer “Baby Boarding/Training” to Finish Performance training.
For the babies we offer stalled or paddock boarding and daily handling for the Welsh halter ring. Space is limited on our show team and we encourage owners to contact us at least a year in advance so as to avoid disappointment.
We also offer finish training for performance ponies. We specialize in getting your pony down the rail and into the winner’s circle. Training is offered for the Welsh show-ring for English Pleasure, Western Pleasure, Driving, trail, and Halter.
We no longer provide colt breaking and will only accept ponies with at least 60 days with a colt breaker. We have a number of names of trusted colt-breakers that we have used and LOVE. Please contact us to be put in contact with anyone of these individuals. (This does not apply to baby board)
