What you need to know...
Communicate
Communication is key. Please let us know in advance when you plan to look at your mare. We greatly appreciate advanced notice of your plans.
Ordering a Collection
To guarantee a collection please notify us via a call or text by 5 pm PST the day before a collection is to be made. DO NOT send an email, DM, or PM via messenger. Please use 805-459-2918 and state your name and your mare's name.

Our goal is to accommodate any and all needs you may have as a mare owner. Please read the "fine print" below so you are best able to help us help you.

Fine Print…
You cannot over communicate with us. The more we know about your plans, the better prepared we will be to meet any and all needs you may have…including last minute needs. We absolutely try to accommodate same day notice when the mare owner is left with no choice, so always call us if you find yourself in a position of needing a last minute collection. You absolutely can order a collection and cancel it the next day. Let us know you are tentatively ordering a collection and we will let you know our collection times for the next day. You can cancel up to that time. Our end goal is your mare getting bred and the closer to ovulation your mare is checked, the more accurate timing can be and we try to make all accommodations to allow this to happen. At the end of the day the more you communicate the better we can provide our services to you.

Please know our blackout dates!! Share the link with your vet!! Please, please, please take the time to know the dates our stallions are not available. There is nothing worse than you wasting time and money getting your mare ready if we are not available!!!

Register Your Signature Baby...
Click the photo above to access the WPCSA Registration Application to register your resulting foal by Signature. We co-file our breeder certificates with the filing of our Stallion Service Reports. This means no further action is needed from us to register your foal. You simply fill in the Registration Application.
To complete the form you will need the info:
Sire Name: Clanfair Signature ~ Sire Reg. Number: B47274
You do not need a breeder certificate and just leave that upload empty.
